L'Ecole ESCHEL: “Enabling all our young people to achieve success, whatever their previous educational background.”
An innovative concept to help students with atypical profiles and educational backgrounds succeed at the Bac.
For over 15 years, ESCHEL has been welcoming students with atypical educational backgrounds in order to prepare them for the Baccalauréat thanks to a pedagogy based on listening, support and mutual trust. In fact, on the one hand, we work with young people from H'eder or Yeshiva backgrounds, and on the other, with students who are struggling or failing at school and need a solid refresher course.
In 1ère class, we see students develop a taste for learning, which is reflected in their success at the Bac de Français exam, where they generally obtain points ahead of their classmates, and in the success of 90 to 100% of candidates, more than half of whom pass with honors. Looking back over the past 10 years, ESCHEL has produced an average of 24 Bacheliers per year, for a total of 243 Bacheliers between the years 2011 and 2021.
Each year since 2011, the ESCHEL school has been integrating young people from leading Yeshivot in France and abroad (Kol Thora- Hévron- Mir -Morristown- Brunoy...) in order to prepare them for their future careers.
